Smart Tee Targeting

Smart Tee Targeting
Manny Hanif
Welcome to my latest report on Smart Tee Targeting. In this report I am going to show you how you can use a simplified targeting process that will allow you not only to sell more shirts but also get cheap clicks.
The strategies in this report do not apply to Teespring only. The strategies can work with any Tee platform that you use.
In this report I am going to show you a step-by-step formula you can use that will make selling shirts easier.
In the end of this report I am also going to show you a loophole that I personally use to get cheap penny clicks/engagement without having to worry about spending too much money.
By the end of this report you will have learnt the following.
 How to simplify your targeting and apply the “Smart” formula for your Tee campaigns
 How to get cheap penny engagement/clicks
 How to create a targeted campaign that sells
 The “Daredevil” method that allows me to get cheap clicks/penny engagement/shares/sales for fun!
In the next section I am going to go through the process of using the Smart Targeting strategy.
The Smart Targeting Strategy
Before I go through the meat of this report I am firstly going to explain what the Smart Targeting strategy is.
Smart Targeting is simply simplifying your “interests” for your Facebook campaigns so that you target one by one instead of using “lots of interests”.
So for example, if you create a Facebook campaign your typical targeting process is to use several interests.
Here we can see that I have used several interests. The problem with this is that this won’t allow me to see which interest is performing the best.
A better way would be to use ONE interest and then focus on optimising that interest.
So how do you utilise smart targeting so you get results like this?
The first thing you need to do is pick a decent niche.
I am sure you know how to go out there and look for a decent niche.
Here are several tools I use to look for niches so I can get inspiration.
 Pinterest
 Instagram
 EBay
 Teescover.com
 Teeview – http://teeview.phatograph.com/
My ultimate favourite research tool has to be Audience Insights. This very tool allows me to find the “hungry” buyers and see exactly the WINNING interests that will allow me to create profitable ad campaigns for my T-Shirts.
https://www.facebook.com/ads/audience_insights
The first thing I am going to do is pick a niche so I can demonstrate this for example purposes.
In this case the niche I am going to focus on is “bodybuilding”.
The first thing I do is head over to Google and type in this keyword and see what comes up.
We can see that over 39,000,000 results show up.
This shows that this is a very popular niche.
The next thing I do is head over to Facebook and see how many different pages there are for this niche.
Next I am going to see what kind of shirts people wear in this niche.
A simple search on Google gives me the following information.
As you can see there are various different shirts in this niche.
If we head over to Pinterest we can also see that there are lots of shirts towards this niche.
Assuming you have decided on the type of shirt you are going to sell the next thing to do is start planning your Facebook Ad campaign.
This is the most important part of your Smart Targeting. This is where you need to pay careful attention – if you do this wrong then this could mean your ad campaign will fail.
Here are examples of some body builder shirts.

If I was to promote the above shirts I would apply the Smart Targeting strategy.
So the first thing I am going to do is head over to Audience Insights.
https://www.facebook.com/ads/audience_insights/
The next thing you need to do is decide on the country you are going to target (in this case USA) and simply enter ONE main keyword that relates to your niche – i.e. Bodybuilding.
The first thing you to note from this is that there are 48% of Women and 52% of Men that are interested in this niche. Therefore, this tells me that when it comes to selling T-Shirts both males and females would be interested in the shirts (provided the shirt is aimed at them).
The next thing I do is head over to “Page Likes” and see what comes up.

At this stage we do not have enough data or know anything about our audience. However, look at this data we can see keywords that come up that relate to our niche.
These keywords are:-
Bodybuilding.com
Rogue Fitness
Critical Bench
Flex Bodybuilding
Therefore, the next thing I am going to do is take off the main keyword – bodybuilding and enter the above keywords and see if they appear on Audience Insights as “interests”.
As you can see entering these keywords has given me more data under “page likes”. The main thing you need to know is that if your page has an affinity of over 15 then you should consider targeting it for your ad campaigns.
Here we can see the potential “interests” we can target.
I have noticed that if you target these interests “one by one” not only does the Affinity number change but also other related pages appear for your niche.
This is what happens when we enter these “interests” on their own.
Here you can see I have entered the keyword “Flex Bodybuilding magazine” and the Affinity score is over 133!
This is huge and this interest is worth targeting.
We can also see that the audience size for this keyword comes up to 150k-200k.
For the keyword “rogue fitness” we can see that the demographics shows that over 68% of men are mainly popular for this keyword. Furthermore, I can also see that the audience for this keyword comes to 700-800k. So it makes sense to target “males” only for this keyword.
When we do that this is what happens.
The audience size changes to 450k-500k which is more targeted.
We can also see that the Affinity is over 45!
Here is another keyword – “critical bench”.
This keyword has also a very high Affinity.
In this case we can already see that these keyword interests that have very high affinity are going to be our MAIN interests that will comprise of hungry buyers wanting to buy your shirts.
I cannot guarantee that interests that fall under this category will always mean people wanting to buy your shirt but this method is a much better way of targeting then any other method.
In the next section I am going to show you how to go about setting up your ads based on your Smart Targeting interests.
Setting up your Ads
Once you have made a list of the main interests you wish to target (I recommend have at least 5-6 interests that have a high affinity), the next thing would be to make sure you have your conversion tracking pixel and retargeting pixels ready.
If you do not know how to set up a conversion tracking pixel you can always consult Teespring University group where there are a ton of free content that shows you how to do this.
Once you click on “create ad” the next thing you should do is select the type of ad you are going to run.
In this case the type of ad I am going to run is “boost post” i.e. Post Engagement Ad (not to be confused with “boost your post”).
Here the first thing I am going to do is run the ad for “Rogue fitness”. We have already done our research on this interest and therefore, I am going to target males from the age group 25-65.
The next thing we are going to do is set a budget.
When it comes to budgeting I have been testing this and have set budgets from $10-$25.00.
However, over the last 6 months I have been using a $5.00 starting budget on my ads and I have found that this is just as effective as a $25.00 budget.
Because I am based in the UK I set my ads from midnight so that the Facebook algorithm takes this into account and runs my ad accordingly.
The timing of your ads is crucial because if your ad goes live before midnight (in the middle of the day), you might have a better response the following day.
Where it says Ad Set Name make sure you name it the same as the interest you are targeting. So for example, in this case I am going to call my Ad set “rogue fitness”.
The next thing to do is enter your URL Tags (this is optional but great for tracking purposes).
Then enter your Conversion Tracking Pixel – this is the pixel that will track your sales.
The next thing to do is create your ad and then wait for it to be approved.
For the other interests you do everything the same – i.e. create the ad the same format. However, when creating your ads make sure you create 1 Ad for Each 1 Ad set.
So for example, for the keyword “rogue fitness” we create one ad.
For the next keyword – i.e. critical bench we create another ad set.
Make sure you click the “create similar” ad button when creating the ad so that it keeps all the settings the same except for the “interest” section that you can change.
You also need to make sure that you click on “change Ad set” and then scroll to “create new ad set”.
This will then set up your ad in a separate ad set.
So for example, you will then end up having something like this.
Ad Set 1 – Interest 1 (Rogue Fitness)
Ad Set 2 – Interest 2 (Critical Bench)
Ad Set 3 – Interest 3 (Flex Bodybuilding)
Ad Set 4 – Interest 4 (Bodybuilding.com)
By doing this you are applying the Smart targeting strategy.
Here is a simple formula I use.
High Affinity Niche Page + INTEREST = PPE Ad
In the next section I am going to reveal a crazy “loophole” you can use to get penny clicks, lots of organic shares and sell even more shirts.
This “trick” is going to be revealed for the first time in this report.
Are you ready to learn this trick?
Please head over to the next section where I will reveal this trick.
I call this the Daredevil Method.
The Daredevil Method – How to use a simple loophole to get penny engagement/clicks
I use this method as an emergency or when I think I need to spread my shirt to widely across Facebook to lots of users in a short space of time.
The first thing I do is make sure I use all the principles I discussed in Smart Tee Targeting.
The next thing you need to do is again focus on the niche you wish to use.
For this example, I am going to focus on the pit bull niche.
The first thing I am going to do is head over to Audience Insights and use the Smart Targeting strategy of looking for the main 4-5 keywords I can target one by one.
In this case I have identified the following keywords that have high affinity.
Positive Pit Bull
unexpected pit bull
pitbullsorg
The next thing I am going to do is apply the Dare Devil method.
This simply involves adding 4 English speaking countries that will have POTENTIAL buyers.
What are these 4 countries?
United Kingdom
Australia
New Zealand
Canada
These 4 countries will have potential buyers that will want to buy your shirt REGARDLESS of shipping!
I have sold shirts to these countries.
Here is PROOF!
So what happens when we enter these countries on Audience insights?
Does the affinity change?
We can clearly see here that the affinity now is well over 400. This is extremely high which means we should be focusing on
targeting this keyword along with the 4 countries we just entered.
For this keyword we can see that over 3% of our audience is based in Canada.
For the keyword “the unexpected pitbull” we can see that this too has a very high affinity once we enter these 4 countries.
However, it would make sense to add these countries if your Facebook audience is from all over the world. In the case of the movie niche this is quite common.
For example, sometimes what I do is enter the main keyword I wish to target and then the name of the “top countries” that would be interested in this niche. For example, if I type in “Divergent series” as a keyword on Audience Insights I can already see that there is interest from these “top countries” also.
Since we are mainly targeting English speaking countries I can already see that Australia, Canada, and United Kingdom is listed on there.
In this case we can enter these countries and also our interest we wish to target.
You should also notice that if your audience ever hits over 1 million you can still go ahead and target your keyword.
I have found that this is a LOOPHOLE. If you enter other countries and target in MILLIONS you can still get great engagement on your ad, lots of shares and of course lots of sales!
Here are stats from a recent campaign I did.
This campaign had 200% ROI – And you can clearly see I used the Daredevil method on this.
So just to summarise and make it clear this is what you need to do to apply the Dare Devil method.
1. Choose a niche for your potential T-Shirt
2. Look for high Affinity pages – use Smart Targeting method on Audience insights and find 4-5 main keywords you wish to target.
3. Target the following English speaking countries for your niche.
USA, Canada, Australia, UK and New Zealand
(You can choose other English speaking countries too but I focus on the ones that would contain my audience for my niche).
4. If your audience is over 1 million you can still run your ad

Before You Begin: The NEW Search Engine Slant… MOBILE!
It can no longer be denied.
Not only is mobile here, but it’s surpassing desktops for Internet usage.
And that means…. more and more people will both find your site via mobile
search…. and arrive on your site via a mobile browser.
Here’s the thing, though.
Take a look at your computer screen.
It’s probably bigger than, say, 12 inches or so?
Now.
Imagine someone on a smart phone visits your site.
Imagining that yet?
Mentally squoosh all that content onto a teeny tiny screen.
That’s what a huge number of your website visitors will be seeing. And if
your content is not mobile-friendly (ie, it looks *readable* on a teeny tiny
screen…..

Surthrivor: Mobile Edition
Your website visitors will not enjoy their visit as much….
And leave your site quicker than a toddler consumers 837 holiday
chocolates…
And here’s why that’s important.
Google and other big search engines are measuring “bounce rate” and other
thingees online…
And they’re factoring in mobile-friendliness big time into their ranking
algorithms.
So! If YOUR online site is NOT mobile friendly, mobile engines will say in
neon serious font:
This Site Will NOT Provide A Good Visitor Experience! Shun! Shun!
(In other words, you’ll losing ranking points so your site isn’t found as much
online).
Let me repeat that…
(In other words, you’ll losing ranking points so your
site isn’t found as much online).
And that’s why you want to ensure your content is mobile-friendly.
It’s within your best business interests to keep Google Mobile Search and
other big ending Mobile Search…
Luckily, it’s not difficult to do. With that as an introduction, let’s pounce now
on exactly how to fix your mobile site for free. Move to:

Step 1.) Make Your Site Mobile-Friendly For Free
Alrighty! There are three main situations marketers have to concern
themselves about:
•Wordpress
•NOT WordPress but some other site-building tool
•Straight HTML
These willl be described in the next section.
But first…. let’s see IF your site (no matter what its running!) already IS
mobile friendly.
Here’s how.
Visit Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test.
Enter in your website name and click Analyze. Take your time, I’ll wait.
If your site is mobile-friendly, you’ll see something like:

And if it’s not, you’ll see something like the next page.

(Don’t know if your site is running WordPress? Visit What WP Theme Is That and
type in your site name. If it’s running WordPress, you’ll see something like:

And if your site is NOT running WordPress, you’ll see something like:

developer. That way, IF you need to contact them later on in this
solution, you can).
So! Let’s assume your site IS running WordPress. Move now to:
1.) WordPress
If your site is running a WordPress theme, either it is ALREADY mobilefriendly
(responsive)….
Or it’s not.
Remember how you could tell if it’s responsive or not by plugging your site
into What WP Theme Is That and seeing if it looked exactly the same on a
teeny tiny mobile screen as it did on your desktop screen?
If it did, it is not mobile-friendly.
Luckily, the fix is very simple.
If you don’t want to upgrade your theme, you can simply add one of these
two make-your-WP-site-mobile-friendly plugins:
•WP Touch (If you get an error that this plugin sometimes shows
mobile theme on desktop, check out
https://www.wptouch.com/support/knowledgebase/optimizingcaching-
plugins-for-mobile-use/ – it has to do with caching).
•Mobile Smart
Wasn’t that simple?
Now! One thing to keep in mind…
Many free mobile plugins will monetize their work by adding Google
Adsense Mobile to their displays. However, you can often insert your Google
Adsense Publisher ID instead!

•Google Adsense
•DoubleClick for Publishers
And that’s ALL you have to do to ensure your WordPress site is mobile
friendly.
Cool, aye?
Now!
What if you’re like 99.938475983768973967% of folks online (who have
been online since the dawn of the dinosaurs, much like myself) and decide
that instead of patching your site with a WP mobile plugin, you want to
simply overhaul it and bring it into the year 2020?
You have 2 choices:
You can use a free WP mobile-responsive theme….
•Find all the free mobile responsive themes HERE!
Or you can use a paid WP mobile-ready theme.
I personally use:
Thrive Themes
for my latest (Simple Family Income site. HIGHLY recommended (and wow, it
makes mobile a snap!).
And that takes care of how to mobilize your WordPress site.
Next! If your site is NOT WP, let’s move to:
2.) NOT WordPress, something else
I confess… I do NOT do much that’s not either WP or straight HTML.
However, I did find the following resources for you! Please explore these
sites if you need to mobilize:
•Mobile Displays for Joomla!
Page 9 Join Now The BEST For Free!
Surthrivor: Mobile Edition
•Typo3 Mobile
•Mobile Templates for Blogger Blogs!
•Mobile Displays for Drupal
•Mobile Detection for Craft
That takes care of non-WP Content Management solutions…. and if you’re
currently running straight HTML sites, check out:
3.) Straight HTML
Customizing your HTML website is ‘way beyond the scope of this product
solution… but I found the following goodies that can help you out!
•How to Turn Any Site Into a Responsive Site
•How to Create a Responsive Website in about 15 Minutes
•Build a Responsive, Mobile-Friendly Website From Scratch
GEEK alert: In a nutshell, you to ensure that your page’s HTML file includes:
and specify a responsive CSS file like:
•Build a basic responsive site with CSS
Alrighty now! Let’s review a bit what you’ve accomplished.
In a nutshell, you know now how to make your site (WordPress, HTML,
Joomla, etc.) mobile-friendly and responsive.
Yay! Pat yourself on the back…. you’ve done great!!
Now that your site is mobile-friendly, let’s start tracking its stats.
Move now to:
Step 2.) Start Tracking And Verifying Your Site
One of the easiest ways to track your site’s visibility is to use Google
Analytics
Page 10 Join Now The BEST For Free!
Surthrivor: Mobile Edition
So! Begin by:
1.) Sign Up At Google Analytics
Visit Google Analytics. You have to have a Google Account to access it – sign
up at Google Account Signup if you need one.
Next, go back to Google Analytics .
Click on the Admin tab like so:
Next, click on the PROPERTY tab:

And select Create new property:
Next, fill in your website information and get your Tracking ID:

Woot! You now have your Google Tracking Pixel! Now it’s time to:
2.) Add Your Google Tracking Pixel Code To Your Site/Pages
We’re cookin’ with gas now! (OMG, did I just date myself with that
statement? 🙂 )
Now it’s time to add that glorious tracking pixel to your site.
Need help adding it? Many WordPress themes already have this built in (all
you have to do is enter in your Google Analytic ID).. In addition, check out:

•Google Analytics by Yoast WordPress Plugin
Sweet!
Let’s now take a moment to review where you are.
Your site is mobile-friendly…
And…
It now has a Google Tracking Pixel in it!
The next thing to familiarize yourself with it:

3.) Check Out Google’s Webmaster Mobile Tools
Why?
Well, as time continues and more and more of your fans will access your site
via their smart phones, it just makes *sense* to learn:
•Who is visiting
•What keyword brought them to your site
•How long do they stay on your site
•ETc.etc.etc.
So! Going over all the goodness Google Analytics offers is ‘way beyond the
scope of this product solution, but allow me to share with you these great
resources if you want to explore it further (if you’re on your mobile phone
reading this, make sure you bookmark them for later use!)
•Beginner’s Guide: How to Use Google Analytics for Your WP Site
•The Complete Guide To Setting Up Google Analytics
•A Checklist Guide for Mobile Analytics Insights
Things you’ll want to learn include:
•What are mobile visitors looking for? (Are the keywords that brought
them to your site different than desktop keywords?)
•Is this information easily found? (Your bounce rate, the average time
spent on pages, etc.)
•Does my website load fast enough so users don’t bounce off? (website
speed)
•Are my calls-to-action visible on the mobile website and are they
effective? (sales, optins, etc.etc.etc.)
And did you know….
You can also submit a mobile site map as well!
Page 16 Join Now The BEST For Free!
Surthrivor: Mobile Edition
Learn about that over at:
•Add mobile URL info to a sitemap
•Generate a mobile sitemap
•Google XML Sitemaps
Once your site is mobile-friendly, the next thing to do is:
4.) Verify Everything Is Mobile Peachy!
SO many things can be done for your mobile and desktop site…. but this
product focuses solely upon making your site mobile-friendly.
Thus, let’s go thru the main critical thingees you MUST ensure have been
done.
First, re-check your site at Google’s Mobile Friendly check:
•Mobile Friendly Test
Remember our earlier check about how mobile-friendly means your site is
easy to view on teeny tiny mobile screens instead of big huge desktops?
•Configuring Your Viewport
gives you a nice visual way of actually seeing what that means.
Want a checklist for mobile-friendly sites?
Ensure technically:
•Its using the right markup language – XHTML is the computer
language that is specifically designed for mobile phones. It means
Extensible HTML.
•Googlebot-Mobile has access – that’s the bot Google uses to index
your mobile site
•Site is optimized for mobile – Image sizes are small, above-the-fold
content shows in under a second, mobile caching is used.

Surthrivor: Mobile Edition
Want additional help? Check out:
• A CheatSheet for Mobile Design
• Google’s 3 Mobile Site Configurations
and then also ensure user-experience is excellent:
• Item Size – Mobile users don’t have to needlessly zoom in to
view your content
• Menus Work – Mobile users can navigate your site in 3 clicks
or less
• Buy Buttons – Mobile users don’t have to scroll 234 times to
see the first Buy Button
Wait a sec.
Reread that.
Buy Buttons!
The most important part of making money!
We’ll revisit that in a sec….
But to stay on track. Once you’ve ensured your site is mobile-friendly, it’s
time to:
Step 3.) Submit Newly Mobilized Site
Sure, you can wait for the GoogleBot to get around to visiting your site….
Or you can simply submit it all over creation.
Here are 2 specific places to submit:
•Google Submit
Page 18 Join Now The BEST For Free!
Surthrivor: Mobile Edition
•Bing Submit
Nowadays, most search engines send out crawling bots so submission just
isn’t necessary. You can try a place like FreeSEOIndexer for mass
submissions, and don’t forget to submit your Mobile Sitemap to Google too
via Add mobile URL information to a Sitemap.
Let’s take a moment now to review where you are.
You’ve made your website mobile-friendly.
You’ve added Google mobile tracking to your website.
You’ve resubmitted your website to Google.
Congratulations! You will survive Mobilegeddon!
And for a quick recap, do this:
1.) Visit Google’s Mobile Friendliness Tool and input your site URL to see if you get a
thumbs up or thumbs down.
2.) Next visit Google’s PageSpeed Insights Tool and input your site URL to ensure your
site is fast on all devices.
3.) And then check out Google Analytics Mobile Usability and see if there are any
specific issues WMT reports and other data, such as the:
• Mobile Visitors Overview
• Mobile Visitors Devices
Good stuff indeed!
Which now brings me to a very special bonus…. one that is worth the price
of admission itself!
And that is:

Internet?
Well, the thing is…. folks do lots more than the Internet with mobile!
There are literally thousands of games and apps you can download…..
That make business life and other thingeess ‘way easier.
Think of your mobile phone like a teeny computer you can carry around in
your pocket.
Let me repeat that.

they’re tiny computers you can carry around.
And that of course brings me to the best way to get used to mobile

phones…. do so by:
2.) Get Used To Mobile With These Apps
Got a mobile phone? Never use it?
Alrighty then, get started with mobile by downloading some popular apps
and become used to them.
Generally, mobile apps are broken down into:
•iPhone/Apple/iOS
•Android/Google
These are just different mobile platforms.
And the apps on them…
They show up via icons on the screen like the next page.

What else is there to add?
Well then, why don’t we close on:
Bonus 2.) Mobile Marketing Made Simple
Mobile marketing.
In a nutshell, it means marketing via your mobile device….but what do that
really mean?
Well.
Think about your current digital product solutions.
Page 26 Join Now The BEST For Free!
Surthrivor: Mobile Edition
Lots of them are PDFs or accessible via membership sites, right?
Think about accessing that from a teeny tiny mobile screen.
I know, right?
People are now consuming information on their mobile devices…. so making
that information as easy to access as possible is key.
Downloading zip files onto a mobile phone…
Reading PDFs onto a mobile phone….
Yep, there are apps for that.
Another way people are making money from mobile marketing is to create
actual mobile apps as well!
Think about it – lots of brands have apps you can download….
And marketers can bundle up PDFs/how-tos/etc. into mobile apps for
download as well.

solution, but here are some additional resources for you:

Hey Declan Mc here.
First I would like to thank and congratulate you for purchasing TeeSpring Cash for Christmas , you won’t be sorry that you did 🙂 .
I’ve been online now about a year and a half , during this time I have launched successful products , built up and managed large FaceBook fan pages , perfected video marketing and creation , ranked these videos on page one of YouTube And Google , optimized websites for offline clients and built up businesses through SEO and promotions .
I’m a father and husband and for too long I struggled to get a handle on this “Make Money on the Internet ” thing. I would buy product after product after product (literally almost anything that appeared in front of me).
…so I feel your pain if you too are struggling.
Lets connect on FB —www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100008539086887
Eventually I got introduced to a Awesome site called TEESPRING and things started to take off from there!
In this ‘no fluff’ easy to read report I will go through with you my Secret Methods and strategies to getting some nice Christmas Moolah with Teespring .
Page 4
OK LETS GET INTO THIS 🙂
1. Niche Selection
How to find good niches and niche selection is Very Important is being successful with selling your T Shirts . The more Secret the niche the Better so there will be less competition for you . If you can find one of these then you are on to a winner .
Good places to start looking are Tees that are already for sale and making sales on Ebay, Amazon and Zazzle . These sites are excellent for researching and usually sellers put their shirts for sale here after seeing success already on TeeSpring prompting them to Scale Up their campaign .
Causes is also a great niche to look at , the likes of Environmentalism , Gun Control, Global Warming ,Wildlife preservation, Save the planet .
People have such a passion for these subjects that they almost feel obliged to purchase shirts associated with them .
Another excellent niche to go for is ‘Professions’,
i.e. Doctors, Nurses, Firefighters, Truckers, Teachers, Hairdressers
etc etc . These professions are very popular and are very passionate people. They love to show off who and what they are . There is no way better for them to do so than with a catchy T Shirt !
Animal lovers and Moms are great people to target too because again as stated they are passionate people and love what they are into.
Remember while everyone else is focusing on one niche, there are other niches that are wide open and people are waiting to buy shirts to do with that niche .
— ‘Occasions’ T shirts are Big sellers too , like Christmas , Halloween ,
Page 5
Graduation, SuperBowl and the likes . These times of year are Huge and you’ll find if you get a good phrase and/or design, well then you’ll be on a winner .
PRO TIP —-
www.Teeview.Phatograph.com and www.TeesCover.com are Awesome FREE sites which, believe it or not, let you Spy on your competitiors who have had successful campaigns !
You can select the ‘Best Selling by Numbers ‘ category , the ‘Latest added’ category , ‘Best Selling by Ratio’ category and browse for ages checking out all the Winning designs , successful niches and most popular ideas! Obviously it’s not advised to copy these directly but the amount of information you can pick up from this one site is priceless!
This is Teescover.com , do you see how Powerful this information is ?
Page 6
You can search by how many sales other T Shirts have had, you can search by designs and get ideas too . This is Golden Information !
Here is the second website teeview.phatograph.com , again the information here is PRICELESS . Look at the categories here available to you ‘Latest Added’ ‘Best Selling by Numbers’ ‘Best Selling by Ratio’ ‘Only Active’ and ‘Only Goal Reached’ This will help you so so much in choosing the types of T Shirts you can choose as you can pick out the successful ones and replicate them .
Page 7
Also there is a Facebook page called ‘A Special Tee’ with over 26,000
fans on it where there is a boat load of ideas to get for successful T Shirt campaigns !
These places are PRICELESS to you when doing your research
on the type of niches and designs you should go after !
Did you know too that Teespring have sold over $1Million in TShirt sales 🙂
Page 8
DESIGNING JOB
So first step is to come up with a simple but catchy idea based
around your niche . A good base to stick with is coming up with
some sort of rhyme or catch phrase .
So say with the Christmas market in mind we go for
‘ Santa’s Little Helper ‘ .
Nothing spectacular but it sounds and looks cool, and mixing something that sounds cool with a decent design = $$$.
Page 9
There isn’t a trick to making a design that will sell, it’s simply
about making something that looks good on clothing, making
sure the fonts match the theme, making sure it’s lined up well, the
colors look good on the shirt, the message is likable, catchy etc.
This doesn’t have to be some huge, amazing design for these
shirts, something that looks good will sell to people that are
passionate about the niche. It Appeals to them that’s what we want .
If you are decent with photoshop, you can do the designs yourself
to save some money, but I know a lot of people aren’t good at
designing including me :), and that’s ok.
There will never be a shortage of designers for you to hire to do you up
some designs for your shirts based on the niche you are promoting
your shirt to .
Websites like Fiverr.com , FreeLancer.com and Odesk.com are all great sites but make sure you look for references , reviews and on Fiverr only go with the ones with the higest ratings .
Once you’ve completely designed your shirt and it looks good, we’ll now go to Teespring.com to get our campaign ready to launch .
Page
10
LAUNCH TIME
Ok , on the first page is where you want to put you design and/or logo ,
one thing I would advise on is White T Shirts are the least selling shirts
on Teespring so go with other colours for success .
Now on the next page you’ll see something like this
1. Set the sales goal at 10 first of all and you can always change it as your campaign continues .
2. The advised selling prices for successful campaigns are $19.99 for T Shirts and for Hoodies I usually find $27.99 very good.
Page
11
Tick all the other alternatives too like tank tops and v-necks you never know someone might like one but for the start I’d say T Shirts and maybe Hoodies will be you main sellers .
Next page give your campaign a name that relates to your campaign for instant in our case Santa’s Helper ..
In the Description box i have a free gift for you that I put in to my campaigns and it works a treat .
It gives the customers an impression of ‘great value’ and that you are doing them an Awesome favour . I’ll include in an attachment too so you can use it 🙂
http://i.imgur.com/9FIDyhO.jpg This is your link 🙂
This is a GREAT sales converter and works very well !
Select your campaign length to ten days and then you will be asked by teespring to enter a unique tag that will be used as your link, again try have it related to your shirt .
Once you get your link, you can head over to bit.ly and get a shortened link.
Shipping options Allow buyers to pick up their orders from you
Pick-up delivery is free. Please note that pick-up orders are shipped via UPS Ground and may take up to one extra week for delivery.
With the above option you obviously dont want to tick it because you Don’t want your buyers to collect their orders ha 🙂
Page
12
Tick that you have read the TOS’s and you’re ready to Launch your Campaign !! YEEEAAHH 🙂
Now it’s time to promote the shirt and hopefully get a ton of sales and CASH!
Free Traffic Option 1
Now comes to the part that people find most daunting and complicated , Promoting our campaign !
There are 2 ways that we are going to go through in this report for this purpose , one is Free and the other is Free too 🙂 .
You are going to find Fan pages on FaceBook in your niche that you choose . These are pages that are successfully social but don’t have hardly
anything in sight that would suggest they are doing a good job monetizing the page and making money from it.
These type of fan pages are the most receptive and quick as far as
getting campaigns up and running.
Page
13
Bigger fan pages are good too, they are not to be ignored but for the sake of getting off to a quick start…stick to the fanpages I mentioned first .
So how we find these pages is by going into FB and in the search bar
type in the keywords for your niche and shirt , you’ll then click on ‘Find all pages ‘
Now you will get a list of fan pages that have to do with your
keyword, stay away from pages that have a crap load of fans because for sure these pages will be monetized already !
Most of the fan pages we are looking for are either normal people who are
internet saavy and are just big fans of whatever niche their
fanpage is in and others will be marketers running fanpages
that they have no clue what to do with.
Your job is to find these fanpages.
So you will want to find a list of at least 10 of these pages for each shirt you
promote because the average is about 3 to 5 will do business with you for your shirt .
Alright, so what you do for one of these fan pages , you do
for every single other one you find.
Don’t change the process, don’t try reinvent the wheel. Just rinse and repeat with each page that matches your search requirements !
Page
14
Go to the fan page, make sure you ALWAYS like the page first because that way the owner will get your message inbox . Click on “message” and then we are ready to send them our proposal .
Make sure you send the messages from your personal accounts because you don’t want to appear fake because then you have No Chance .
So when you are sending these people a message make sure it is short and sweet, no drawn out sales pitch or complicated over the top grammar or else they won’t reply to you . They are just ordinary down to earth guys like me and you so the more simple the message the more chance of success .
Here is an example of the sort of message to send …….
“Hey I have a shirt design that I think would sell very well on your page, do you think we can we arrange something? You share the shirt with your fans and we can split the profit?”
Page
15
You get what I mean. Short , Quick and right to the Point .
Keep it short, I CAN NOT stress this enough.
This is VITAL for your success .
You want them to open your message and read it quickly .
And then replay back to you quickly , thats what it’s all about !
Not everyone will reply back ready to go immediately, but a lot will.
Now when they start replying to your message with an interest in your proposal , here is the sort of message to send back ……..
“Ok, thanks a lot . I think this will work out great for the 2 of us 🙂 .
I’ll send you the photo of the shirt to use and the text that’ll work best.”
Now, you want to create a little ‘banner’ with maybe the shirt on it or have one made for you . On it put the price of the shirt ( with the $10 discount 🙂 ) and a call to action to click on your link to purchase .
Page
16
This is simply to catch the eye of people who are scrolling down the pages newsfeed.
Send them a download link to your banner file to upload. And send
along this simple ad copy to include in the post.
Limited Time offer, $10 off added already !
Get your “———-” Tee for just $19.99 today!
Buy It Here Now => (your shortened TeeSpring Link )
Then have them upload your banner as a photo along with the status
update so that way your flyer will display under the short copy
above.
You want to stick to a Very short , quick , to the point Ad copy .
We want them to know that if they click on the link,
they will go to the shirt, which costs $19.99.
You can talk to the page owner about maybe ‘pinning ‘ your post to the top of their page and come to some sort of ‘deal’ or if you like you could send them $5 to ‘boost’ your post on FB and this will put the status update higher on their fans news feed and it will also show to their fans, friends and give you an extra boost of traffic 🙂 .
Page
17
With this Extra boost Traffic will start coming in and all you
have to do from this point is wait for sales to start coming in!
Keep a close eye on the status updates to monitor how many likes,
comments and shares you are getting. Keep an eye on the
comments and look closely for any people leaving suggestions and hints
about kinds of shirts they would buy, for ideas for your next one .
It’s important to only run one shirt on one fanpage, because if you promote a single design on multiple fan pages you’ll have to get into tracking and all that to make sure you know where the sales came from. This is just a lot of unnecessary hard work which you don’t want , Right ??
So you see how EASY this is to Scale up too , starting the process over and over again with a new fanpages .
Free Traffic Option 2
Did you know that facebook recently purchased instagram and that
they have over 200 million active users on there?!
Yeah instagram is a facebook owned app which is one of the biggest
social media apps out there designed for picture sharing and
browsing.
Now what you got to do is install Instagram ASAP.
If you got an iphone or an ipad or some sort of android or windows
mobile phone or tablet just head to your app store and search for
Instagram.
Install it and then you are done 🙂 .
Page
18
If your t-shirt is in the cat niche then name your account something like
PussyCatShirts123.
Make sure you have some reference to the shirts you are going to promote.
When you upload a profile picture, upload one of your shirt that you made
on teespring.
Page
19
Then you fill out your BIO and tell them : for this limited edition
shirt please click the link in my BIO! These will sell out Very fast!
Then go ahead and fill out your teespring url (which you should get shortened) in the WEBSITE URL section. This part will become clickable to whoever sees your profile.
Then upload another picture of your t-shirt and caption
it with something like:
To order this highly limited edition t-shirt go to: “Your Link”….
or click on the link in my bio!
That’s it , Simple or What ????
So when I was in my Instagram app I typed in ‘Harley Davidson’ and a page came up with loads of Harley pictures… when i clicked on one in the bio link there was just a teespring link to a t-shirt made for Harley fans…
I clicked the link and saw that in one day he sold 30 shirts….from nothing but instagram traffic!
How Awesome is this !!!
Do you see the Potential in This !!
Now the magic happens when you start searching on hashtags.
For example we wanna sell to rabbit lovers and we got a cool cute
rabbit shirt.
We just type in RABBITS and we get millions of people posting
pictures of their rabbits (PASSIONATE PEOPLE!!)
We then click on the pics one by one and like that picture.
They will see our ‘like’…visit our profile and a percentage of them will
Page
20
visit our teespring link in our bio if you got a cool design!
Just create a new profile specifically for any additional t-shirt and
only promote that t-shirt on your profile for the best conversions.
One T shirt per profile , you get me !
It is so simple.
For example the keyword :# Rabbits has 446.000k pics.
UNBELIEVABLE or what ??
Do you see the Potential here ???
Obviously the more pics you like the better, so what I like do is spend maybe a half hour or more each day just liking peoples pictures.
PRO TIP — You can like a picture by simply double tapping on it 🙂
That is what instagram is made for.
Liking pictures and getting your pictures liked!
Whenever someone likes your picture on instagram you instantly get
a notification on your mobile and most people will visit whoever liked
their picture to see who it is or what they look like.
Page
21
You can even check your stats and activity on Instagram.com when you’re at your Pc . You can like, unlike, comment, follow, and unfollow, but I don’t think there is a way to post pictures (which is easiest on a phone anyway).
If you are going through and saving pictures, make sure you post 1 or 2 to your profile while you are logged on.
When you do that, make sure you add as many related hashtags to your picture because that is another Fantastic way to get traffic to your link.
So a quick run down on what to do ——–
1) Like those related pictures that have the hashtag (#) you searched for.
2) Comment on the related pictures that have the hashtag (#) you searched for.
3) Follow the users that post pictures that have the hashtag (#) you searched for.
4) Post pictures and put in the related hashtags (#) in the description.
But there you have it guys! That is all there is to this method for FREE TRAFFIC
The great thing about this method is that is easily scaled.
So there you have it, easy or what?
This is a very simple way to start earning recurring income.
And it’s easy for both newbies and seasoned marketers alike 🙂
Like I said before: This is a numbers game.
Just be consistent and relentless and you’ll make money.
Rinse and Repeat !

Tips on how you can sell 100s of tees like us!
$105,836.32 in 2 months + 3 weeks
1
Index. Step 1: Build A Fan Page Step 2: Getting Design Ideas Step 3: Get Your Design Step 4: List Your Tee Step 5: Run FB Ads Resources
2
Step 1: Build A Fan Page
Fan Pages:
One of the keys to success is having a good fan page. Once you have around 5-10k fans on your page, you can easily gauge if your T-shirt will be a hit once you post it and get organic sales. The recipe for viral pages is simple – Make sure there is plenty of content!
If you are thinking long term, you will be posting daily. In some niches you will find that there are not enough memes, interesting images, videos or news stories to post. Stay away from them. A good starting audience of 5-10k fans at 0.05cents per like will cost you $250-$500, hopefully you can get them at 0.01cents, just experiment with the interests you target and your ad copy. Building a page in the right niche can be an excellent asset. If you can post the tee on your page, get sales and people share your tee, you are on to a winner! Don’t think pages are assets? Check out this article for a bit of inspiration:
https://au.pfinance.yahoo.com/fame-and-fortune/article/-/24264233/from-jailbird-to-facebook-millionaire/ Remember that if the like ads are getting too expensive and no one is sharing your posts, move onto a different niche.
3
=>Simply start here:https://www.facebook.com/pages/create/
Select the category your page is related to, then follow the steps as you go through, it is very easy. You will have to add a Profile Picture and Cover Picture. Just remember these FacebookImage dimensions: Profile Picture Size: 160x160px Cover Picture Size: 851x315px They do not have to be exactly that size, you can just add any picture you like and see how it turns out. If you want to create your own cover, then stick to the dimensions.

Fan Page Ideas: Still not sure what kind of page to start?? There are many niches out there so do not procrastinate, it is very simple to get a page going with fans. So you would have heard this before, go into niches people are passionate about. To start off with, go into a niche that you love or may even slightly enjoy, it can become tedious if you do not like what you are posting every day. Facebook itself is a great place for research.
=>Search interests:https://www.facebook.com/search/interest/pages Use the above link to search popular interests.
You can see here, if you start your own motorcycles related page, you will have a good size audience to target when you run your ads for both page likes and T-shirts. As I mentioned earlier, make sure there is plenty of content in your niche before you get started.
5
Audience Insights If you are still not certain your page will work, do further research with Audience Insights. You will find Audience insights in your Facebook Ads manager.
Here are some simple steps to using Audience insights: 1. Go to Ads Manager 2. Select Audience Insights 3. Select Everyone on Facebook when it pops up 4. Type in your Interest into the Interest box (Above I have used Motorcycles as my interest) 5. At the top select the Page Likes tab, you can also get great info from the other tabs
6
When you are under the Page Likes tab, scroll down and you will see the following:
Take note of the Affinity column in the above image. This number represents how likely a person who likes this interest, will also like a page in the same niche. List those pages with the highest scores in your ads interests section! You can target those pages in your ads as the people who like those pages have a high chance to like yours!!
7
Fan Page Ads Once your page is setup, ad around 4 or 5 posts, images or content that is viral in your niche you can take from other pages. Next go create a page likes Ad in ads manger. Select Promote Your Page, then choose the Fan Page you created: 1. Next, Choose your ad image, 99% of the time I just use the cover photo that shows up automatically. 2. Insert ad text, keep it simple. 3. In this example below I have selected Mobile News Feed ads only, these likes are very cheap.
8
Mobile Likes: I prefer Mobile likes for fan pages, they turn out to be a lot cheaper than desktop. Both newsfeed and righthand side ads work well. Post Per Engagement:For the PPE option, select Boost your posts instead of promote your page as shown in the first step. You then get to select the post you would like to run the ads to. If you have a good post on your page, you can get huge likes and shares through PPE for mega cheap!! You can see below 0.00cents PPE!
Fan Page Content
You want to schedule content daily to see how interested your fans are. Great quotes or memes that are being shared, may also be a great seller for T-shirt designs.
Problem is, posting 5 images a day can be tedious, especially if you have more than 1 page. A cheap solution that I like to use for scheduling is FPTraffic.com
=>Here is the website: http://fptraffic.com You can schedule content fast from sources like Tumblr, Bing, Youtube, Amazon and just about any URL. I like to use the URLS feature, with this feature you can schedule up to 500 images at once.
9
1. Simply go to Tumblr or you favorite image site, right click and copy image url:
2. Paste the URL into FPTraffic.com/urls and schedule!
Done!! As mentioned earlier, you can add 500 URLs at once! You can also add a description and links to your posts. FPTraffic also has some other great features that are very handy like the Giveaway portal, link cloaker, and stats monitor. Luke from Peerfly has put together an awesome suite and extremely cheap for what is packed inside.
10
How to Add Viral Content Images: Images are very simple, there is really only a few things you need to know. 1. Make sure you allow the ability for people to tag their friends in the image
Is usually turned on in your page settings, just double check. If you have a child friendly page you can turn of the bad language and block any unwanted words. 2. Try to use large images. Facebook likes images to be 504x504px for the newsfeed. They look great in the newsfeed at this size, some people even say that Facebook will give priority to the best images in the newsfeed. I have not tested this theory against small images, it is just good practice to give your audience great pictures as they are more likely to share. Video: Video content is great for your page and can go extremely viral. Here is how to download videos for your page.
1. Download this: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-downloadhelper/ You need to use Mozilla for this, there may be a Chrome version as well.
11
2. Find a video on Youtube. (Can also download from various sites with video) 3. Once you play the video, the DownloadHelper symbol will begin to move, simply press it and download the video that comes up, shown in the below image as MP4 file.
4. Then go to your Facebook page, select upload video, choose the file from your PC and hit open.
5. Add Description, DONE! By doing this you are not just sharing a Youtube video, with the chance the user may just click on it and go to Youtube. People will have to go direct to your post just to watch the video which is excellent for comments and shares, Facebook also loves it when videos are uploaded! Along with having good size images, it is rumoured that Facebook will also favor uploaded videos in the newsfeed so people do not go to Youtube.
12
Step 2: Getting Design Ideas Popular Images Finding popular memes and quotes on other Facebook pages is a simple way to go. You will even notice in the comments sometimes people write, “Need this on a shirt” or something along those lines. This will give you an indication that the quote could already be a winner. Look for pages and interests on Facebook with a high amount of shares, likes, comments. Here is an example:
This has 809 shares and 1,111 likes, it has also been posted on the pages a few times with similar results.
13
Here is the tee: http://teespring.com/wecarry
That design went on to sell 1332. The gun niche works very well, 1000s upon 1000s of tees have been sold with the right designs.
14
What is selling on Teespring now? These 3 sites are awesome to see what is selling right now, Teescover being the best of them:
1. http://teescover.com/
2. http://teeview.phatograph.com/
3. http://teespring.com/discover
Software called Tee Inspector is fantastic to use for niche research:
15
Tee Inspector is a great tool to go through other tees in your niche. You can enter a keyword search term, above I have entered the term “limited” with minimum sales 50, many people like to use limited in the title.
=>Here is the link: http://teeinspector.com Watch the video to see all the features found inside Tee Inspector. Using Google To Search Here is a search string you can enter directly into Google. With this string you will only get results for campaigns that sold 20 units or more, and that ended this year. site:teespring.com 20..99999 sold towards goal of 10..99999″ “ended on */14 If you want to change it and find, differnt campaigns, for example sold between 70 and 99, minimum sales goal of 50 and ended last month, you can use this:
site:teespring.com70..99 sold towards goal of 50..99999” “ended on *9/14 Simply play around with the numbers to get some good results.
16
Where is the design being posted? If the seller has not used a link shortener for example bitly, you can find what pages the tee is being posted on. How is this helpful?? You will be able to see if a Fan page is being used to get bigger sales numbers. In the example I use below, the fan page is less than 10k with mainly tee pics, this page is just being used to run ads, not build a huge fan base. Here is a quick example.
1. Found this design on teespring.com/discover:
http://teespring.com/returned-fire-hoodie 2. Went to Google search and typed in: facebook http://teespring.com/returned-fire-hoodie
17
3. Here are the results:
The top page in the results is:
https://www.facebook.com/pages/You-are-in-the-Army/1413072362301003
You can see this page is used for just running ads and selling on Teespring.
18
Google Image Search Another simple way to find tee ideas is using Google images. Type in your niche followed by “cool tshirt” or “funny tshirt” Here is an example of shirts in the nursing niche:
You can ideas for pretty much any niche using this simple image search. Facebook Audience Before you get any designs created, make sure you have an audience. Check Facebook ads for the target audience size. Targeting millions means you can scale up big time.
19
Simply go create an ad, for now you can just play around and take a look at audience numbers. As you can see, targeting Fishing, ages 21 and up, the potential reach is over 16 million. With the right tee you can scale up huge in the Fishing niche due to the large reach. T-shirt Sites These sites are great for ideas, check out the popular sellers and most liked, pinned, tweeted shirts. http://shirt.woot.com/ http://teefury.com/ http://www.designbyhumans.com/ http://www.redbubble.com/ http://www.bustedtees.com/ http://6dollarshirts.com/ http://www.snorgtees.com/ http://www.80stees.com/ http://www.7bucktees.com/ http://www.vintagecotton.com/ https://www.etsy.com/ http://www.storenvy.com/ http://coolpoptees.com/ http://takemyshirt.com/ http://www.teesgo.com/ http://littlemisstshirt.com/ http://mysocialtees.com/ http://frenzytees.com/ http://www.zazzle.com/ http://www.sunfrogshirts.com/ http://skreened.com/ https://wanelo.com/ https://cafepress.com/
20
Ebay Search Simply go to eBay and type in Funny T-shirt. Here is great example that showed up:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/This-Guy-Needs-a-Beer-T-shirt-Funny-Humor-Adult-Black-Tee-/130894713054?pt=US_Mens_Tshirts&var=&hash=item1e79eed0de
48 sold, this may be a great idea for the beer niche. You can click on the number sold to see how hot this is, how often it is selling:
This is selling almost 1 daily, could sell a lot more with some traffic sent to it from Facebook.
21
Step 3: Get Your Design Free Designs Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this. Once you start selling a few tees and get a contact at Teespring, you can ask for the Teespring designers to create your tee.
They created this for me: http://teespring.com/blessedrights As shown in the case study above, it went on to sell 620. You have to be very specific with the Teespringdesigners, the initial designs were not very good. Just keep in touch and you can get all the changes you need done. 99 designs For $189, this is a great option. As you can see, we had the pick of 41 designs, it was hard just to choose one.
You have the option to upgrade in 99 Designs for better artists, it is not required. You will get some great designs at the lowest level of $189.
22
Make sure they give you the design within Teespring guidelines:
You also want to ask your designer to make the file transparent.Avoid using brand names, trademark logos, and do not copy other designs!
=>Here is the link: http://99designs.com Odesk or Freelancer If you cannot afford $189 first up, or Teespring will not allow you a free designer just yet, use Odesk or Freelancer. There are many good designers who will not charge a fortune. Put a Job ad up for free, you will get many applicants applying and you can check their portfolios. I have been using Odesk for a long time now with great success, not just for T-shirt designs:
I still think for Teespringthe best option is 99 designs. You get the choice of many designers in the contest that you create instead of just from your one employee, on top of that you can contact all of the designers who enter.
23
=>Odesk: https://www.odesk.com
=> Freelancer: https://www.freelancer.com
24
Step 4: List Your Tee We keep this very basic with no flashy images, and use the following options in our listings. 1. If you have a design on the back of your tee, use check box to show back side in display
2. PutaTeepring contact link or the Teespring phone number in your listing. Some people have order issues with their Paypal or Credit Card and need help asap. Others just like to know that there is a contact number in case something goes wrong. Here are the support links: =>Online support: http://teespring.com/contact =>Phone support: 1-855-TEESPRING (1-855-833-7774) Here is an example of what to add in your listing:
3. You need to add the Fruit Of The Loom option for 4x and 5x size shirts. Yes, there are many customers looking for these sizes.
To add this option, you will actually have to contact Teespring: http://teespring.com/contact
25
You will get a response from a Teespring rep, keep their email and you can also ask them if you can use the Teespring designers if you want a free design done. If any other issues arise with your listing, you can also contact your rep directly for fast help. 4. How to add other colors In the Set a Goal section when you are creating your listing, you will see this:
Select “Add a product that isn’t listed”
26
You will see the above show up, select Add.
After you hit add, another tee will show up, hit the drop down box and select color. DONE! 5. Make sure to add Retargeting pixel, Teespring have been using Perfect Audience to retarget customers for you!
Simply go to Advanced settings and follow the instructions:
27
7. Make sure you know your tee costs so you can measure ROI. When you are creating your tee, you can see the profit margin per item, it is important you keep this number in mind!
8. Auto goal drop feature With auto-goal drop, you never have to worry about a campaign ending unsuccessfully, provided you’ve sold at least 10, and the base price has not increased to be higher than the sale price. This means you can try hit goals of 100+ for higher profit margin, without having to worry.
28
Step 5: Run FB Ads Facebook Ad Tips T-shirt ads: 1. The easiest type of ad to use is PPE (Post Page Engagement). It is very simple to set up and you do not really need any fancy ad graphics. Simply use the tee image you can save from your listing. To get the image of your tee, go to your listing and right click on the small image of your tee:
Select Open link in new tab, it will then bring you to a T-shirt you can save for your PPE ad. Simply right click on the shirt and select Save Image As. The shirt will save to the folder of your choice.
29
If you have a Front and Back design, get your designer to show case the front and back:
2. For our PPE ads, we use Optimized CPM.
We have experimented with CPC and CPM price of .35 cents, we always go back to OCPM for better results.
30
3. Keep the writing in your ad minimal, 3 lines, why? Because they will not see “Read More…” at the end and click on it.
Instead there is only 1 possible link to click…straight to the tee design! FB Tracking/Teespring Analytics Tracking is very important and can make a huge difference to your ROI. First step is to make sure your Facebook ad has a tracking ID. In your AD creative you will see the following: (I am using power editor, you can also see this in regular campaign setup)
In the Optional Url Tags box, enter “FB=”, then put your unique tag.
31
In the following, I used FB=25-34sigmob:
The results show 66 Views, 10 Total Orders 13.64% Conversion.
=>Login to http://analytics.teespring.com Go to your t-shirt, Scroll down and you will see GET Variable Data You will see that my ad 25-34sigmob, had 10 shirts ordered with a 13.64% conversion rate. With this feature, you can cut the ads that are not converting for you, then focus on targeting other interests and scaling up the winning ads. To get this data, be sure to only use your Teespring URL. If you use Bitly or other link shorten sites, the data will not be accurate. Usually you have to write all this info down daily in spreadsheets. It is boring having to manually check all this information. To streamline your daily ROI tracking tasks, use TS Optimizer. TS Optimizer shows you your daily sales, ROI, revenue and profit all from the one dashboard.
=>Here is the TS Optimizer Link
32
Deep Targeting When I enter a niche, I like to test many interests. Here is how I like to organize interests to target:
 Brands
 Magazines
 Forums
 Websites
 Authority Figures
 Youtube Channels
 Trending Topics
 Fan Pages
This can take a while if there is a lot of data in the niche, you would be surprised at how much you start to dig up. You can great data from Facebook Audience Insights and simple Google searches. A simple way to get all this data in 1 click is to use Targeting Inspector. This is a very limited software, I have organized a special deal to get this re-opened for a limited time. Here is how it works:
First you login, connect with your Facebook, then enter your keyword.
33
I used the keyword Fishing for this example. The data can be filtered for deep targeting, it takes hours if you do this manually.
Once you get your results (shown above is just 1 section for Brands), you can Download the Interests for your Facebook campaigns. This will help you find interests in your niche that you never thought of or missed!
=>Limited Targeting Inspector Licenses Here
34
Manage Comments When you start your ad, it will reach many people and they will start to like, share and comment on your ad. Watch the comments! Some comments like “This is a scam” or “What a rip off who would wear this crap” can come in from a few idiots. This can make buyers think twice. When buyers think twice, sometimes it drives them away and they do not buy at all. This is what you need to do each day: 1. Hide the unwanted comments. Do not delete, the user can see you deleted it and may come back with a vengeance, then you need to ban them. Hide takes one click then you are done without pissing anyone off. 2. Respond to the comments that ask where to buy it. Yes, the link is in the ad, but some people are stupid and still ask where to buy it. 3. If people are asking “Where is my order it has been weeks” (can also drive some buyers away), simply respond with this link: teespring.com/contact and tell them all print and shipping information can be found there. After you answer it, Hide the comment, the buyer will be happy you helped and no one else has to see it. 4. Like all the good comments, the person who left it will see that you liked the comment and possibly come back to your page or post to buy the tee. So that is quite a few things to do, especially if you have 100s of comments. Easiest way to streamline this is by using Comment Maximiser. Watch the video, it is the easiest way to explain how this works.
=>Link to Comment MaximiserHere
35
Get a Facebook Ad Manager Once you start spending a bit of money on Facebook, it is nice to know that you contact someone if something goes wrong with your ad account, or just have questions in general.
I think you only have to spend $1500 minimum.
=>Simply contact them here: https://www.facebook.com/business/resources Ask nicely if you can have a personal ad account manager! Budget We like to use $100 for testing, however $20-$50 will work if you have a small budget. You need to spend money to make money, if you cannot afford to spend money on Facebook ads, then selling t-shirts may not be for you. Make sure you have enough money to run over the days of the campaign. If you have a 10 day campaign and need to run $100 per day, then you will need at least $1000 or more in order to run ads and scale up. Not having enough funds means you can miss opportunities to run ads on a large scale, that is if your shirt is a clear winner and making money.
36
Timing Your Ads
As you can see by our sales, running ads between 10pm and 5am EST can just burn up your budget. More sales come later in the day, you will need to check your analytics to get this data. There is an FB Scheduler in Power Editor, however at this stage it only allows lifetime budget. This means you cannot scale up as you please. The easiest way to control your budget, is to do it manually. 1. You need to lower the budget below your daily spend when you want to stop ads. For example, your daily spend is $100 If Facebook has used $75 of your money and it is 1am, they will keep using through the low sales period. To stop the ads running during the low sales period, drop your budget below the $75 FB have spent. Once you drop it to say $74, it will say, Daily Budget Spent. The ads will stop. 2. Now it is 6am, according to the analytics it is time to sell! Up the budget back to the $100 you wanted to spend. Facebook will then spend the rest of the $26 you have left for the day, during peak sales times! This is a simple solution to stop Facebook eating your budget and lift your ROI!!

Teespring Business

Here we go!
First thing you should know, finding a
niche is NOT a factor of your success.
In fact trying to find the best niche to go in for profit on
facebook is the reason why you fail.
If you’ve been in the business and bought a few course
before this one, you know that gurus are teaching people to
go to the graph search and type interests in the search bar
to find all the interest you can imagine in order to give you
ideas of what to go for.
Here’s the truth: If you narrow yourself in a niche, you will
fail!
Well, let me rephrase that.
If you’re looking to make big pay checks like you’ve seen on
their crazy 6 figures screenshots, with the previous
technique, you will fail.
The only time you should narrow yourself in a niche is when
you control the asset (Fanpage, Mailing List, Association,
etc)
When you have a fanpage with 50K+ who are engage and
looking for your next post its super easy to sell thousands of
t-shirts.
Often time they don’t even have an ad campaign behind the
post and it will sell like crazy.
Just to demonstrate I made a quick search on
teespring.com/discover
Here’s one example of a niche : Grandparents
1834 sold, not bad!
Do you think you could replicate the design, make it better
and sell a thousand of those with an ad campaign targeting
grandparents?
Well you could… I mean people win the lottery everyday!
But I think you are heading for a failure here’s why:
First I clicked on the shirt to see the campaign, then I copied
the url and I went on google and type this code.
Site:facebook.com “http://teespring.com/nana-things”
Basically the code will search facebook for the teespring
campaign link and here’s the result I got
Boom!
Now if you click the link here’s what you would see.
Great now we can see that there’s an asset behind, tons of
likes and tons of shares.
Also as I see it I’m pretty sure they have some kind of an ad
campaign behind also just because of the ad copy they got.
But one thing for sure, they had a great asset before…
222K+ Fans and they are SUPER engaged see:
btw: this is a regular text on a background with an inspiring
saying that’s all!
The most important thing I want you to get here is this: It’s
not because a shirt is successful on teespring that you can
replicate the shirt, put an ad campaign on facebook and get
the same success.
Personally I would stay away from anyone who tries to lure
you into that kind of thinking.
HOW TO SELECT A NICHE THEN?
I hope I won’t be responsible for a riot all over the internet
marketing community here but what I’m about to say will
shake every cells of ever marketer’s body…
Look for & Market to the broad niches!
I told ya! Now before thinking I’m an idiot please read on, it
will make sense to you.
If you really want to go from nothing to make real money
with teespring and facebook this is the way you got to think.
You see, I’m not looking to hit a homerun with my
campaigns I don’t care closing a campaign with 20 sales of a
goal of 50… let me explain.
Would you prefer break even on a campaign that sold 1800
or close 10 campaigns at the right time and cash out a
300% ROI on each of your smaller campaign?
300% of course!
If you want to hit big numbers don’t look for homeruns or
you’ll lose your t-shirt 😉
The problem is most people want the big hit, the glory of
seeing their campaign with 1000 sales… The Ego game
again!
Don’t worry I’ve been there too and my goal today is making
sure that you don’t repeat the same errors that I’ve made.
Ok so if we’re not looking for big hits, what are we looking
for?
Multiple High ROI micro campaigns
I’ll go into details later but first… Here’s what I mean by a
broad niche.
Jobs, College Teams, Military, Animals, Hobbies, Causes,
Sports etc…, Are broad niche.
Just pick one it doesn’t matter. I’m serious.
Here’s an example:
Create a big list of sub-niches don’t go in the sub-sub-niches
yet this is too narrow for now but that’s something to keep
in mind for the long run.
You can take the one in the example I don’t care you can
also go into the more obscure jobs if you want.
Here’s my mindset when I start a new campaign.
I always assume I’m the first in the world to market the
people I want to market to.
So would I want to be the first to market to engineers? YES
Be the first to market to nurses? YES!
Be the first to market to firefighters? YES!
Etc…
Would I want to be the first to market to the sheep manure
collector? Well, maybe not.
You get the idea.
Please don’t think that the market is saturated because it is
not and it won’t be.
Your ultimate goal is creating a massive list of broad niches,
sub-niche and sub-sub-niche.
Once you got your massive list you’ll never have to search
for niches ever again!
Having a killer design is not a factor
of your success
Show me someone who is looking to replicate a great design
and ready to pay 20$/design and I’ll show you someone
who’s going bankrupt with his t-shirt business…
Let’s be honest, people you reach on facebook are not on
facebook to buy your shit whatever it may be.
Selling t-shirt on facebook is only a matter of creating the
impulse for people to buy.
They won’t shop elsewhere to see if they could find better
design at a better price.
They see the ad, they buy or they don’t.
That’s about it!
But not buying now doesn’t mean they won’t buy it
tomorrow.
Like I said it’s an impulse buy.
They may not want it today but show them the same ad
tomorrow and they will buy 3.
Go figure!
The thing to remember is this: They don’t connect with the
design.
They don’t care about your design.
Here’s the proof:
This is a great example of people buying on impulse.
No design.
Not even straight and 25 sales.
So you’re not a designer?
Well you have an advantage because you won’t waste your
time making it perfect.
Here’s THE secret. People connect with the CONCEPT!
It’s quick, it’s easy, 3 lines, a rime, emotions, a laugh and
they will hit the buy button like crazy.
Everyone here saw the KEEP CALM concept?
Tell me; where’s the design?
There’s none
You need to find mass replicable concepts.
This is how I make money, this is how big dogs make money
and this is how you will make money too.
Before you go crazy and run to find a good concept please
read the next part…
3 Types of Concept
When it comes to finding a concept you have 3 choices:
1- Create A Brand New Concept
2- Replicate an existing concept
3- Find an hybrid of 1&2
1- Creating a new concept can be quite rewarding since
you’re the first one to target the market.
If your first massive campaign is successful you can quickly
spread out to other multiple niche (refer to your niche list)
and make a killing.
The main cons are there’s a chance that your first massive
campaigns fail which will result in a loss of funds.
Like some gurus says: “You’re not loosing money you’re
buying data” They’re absolutely right but are we obligated to
be the one who make the investment for the other? No.
Especially when starting in the business. So let’s keep this
option for people who have a boatload of money for
research.
2- Replicate an existing concept is the best idea for people
who never run a teespring campaign or never dealt with
facebook ads.
The concept works in many niches already. So you are
running for a piece of a proven pie.
It will cut down the time lost in research, will reduce your
risk of a major loss of money in fb ads.
Will get your feet wet while you learn how to master the fine
art of marketing a tshirt on facebook.
A major con is that it’s a piece of a pie and 90% of the time
you won’t get campaign with crazy sales numbers but you
know what?
We don’t care about selling 1000 shirts right?
We want big ROI
3- Find an hybrid of 1 & 2. This method will take more time
to make the proper research but this one is the most
rewarding method I know.
The hybrid concept is a concept that is currently successful
but still new in the market, so there are plenty of other
niches to get into.
The magic here is if a concept works in a niche it is most
likely to work in another. It’s not a 100% guaranteed thing
but this is where I put my money night and days.
It’s like spying on the guy who took the first bite in the pie
to see it he liked it and if it was good enough to take
another piece.
And if it was good… well I will try my best to get all the rest
of the pie!
SECRET FACEBOOK AD BREAKDOWN
(THE MISSING KEY)
A.K.A The Real Serious Stuff
Here’s what most people get it all wrong and for some
obvious reasons this is not teach very much.
I said obvious reason because some “Teespring Preacher”
makes some good business selling their stuff and if people
would master this part (that I’m about to show you) well, it
would put an end to their 6 figures/year teespring coaching
business.
No, I’m not against the gurus.
Most of them are great teachers and coach.
Some of them will share more info’s than the others and to
get the info you got to dig deep into their sales funnel and in
your pocket, of course.
What I despite is when you dig down and there’s nothing
waiting for you in the end.
Usually there are no refunds on private coaching so…
Here’s a word of warning: What I’m about to share with you
can raise your anger level tremendously toward all the other
so called Teespring Preachers.
You’ve been warned 
This is the missing key: My campaign doesn’t revolve solely
on PPE ads but is spread into 3 crucial phases instead.
Here’s the sequence I use for all my campaigns.
Phase 1: PPE
Phase 2: CTW
Phase 3: CTW – Retargeting
Before I start explaining the phase there’s one thing you
should understand: Even if you choose to start with a 7 days
campaign your campaign can last for months.
There’s so much people who are stick with the mindset that
the campaign need to be successful only for the length of
the campaign… this is mind boggling!
So you can run your ad campaign for as long as you get a
POSITIVE ROI.
Please don’t get caught with the idea that your ad campaign
will end in 7 days or you will leave a lot of moolah on the
table.
Even if you campaign ends you can re-launch the same
campaign over and over again.
So the entire sequence can have a total length of 3 weeks…
1 month… 6 months… as long as you got a positive ROI.
I mean why would I stop a campaign that still has a 300%
ROI in the 2nd phase on the 6th day? It makes no sense.
Don’t worry everything is explained below and it will make
sense to you.
PHASE 1 – PPE AD
(Page Post Engagement)
For now I won’t go deep into how to setup everything but I
will explain it later on.
In this phase I concentrate on 3 things.
First thing is to put the concept in the face of the niche and
see how they react to it.
Remember that doing PPE ads facebook will select the
people who are the most incline to engage within your niche
based on the interest you’ve provided to them of course.
So, if your concept is good, it won’t take long to get likes,
comments and shares. People in the niche will react, they
will tag their friends make comments like “I Want One”
You will get a good CTR and your cost per engagement will
be low.
If your niche doesn’t engage with your ppe ad as much as it
should your CTR decrease and your cost increase but the
main thing you should understand is that this one concept
doesn’t work with the niche.
It doesn’t mean the niche is not good… it simply not
connecting with the niche.
Second thing is that I want to find the best interests to
target BEFORE getting in the second stage (CTW)
Why?
Because, I like the idea of keeping the full control on my ad
expenses at any time.
More work to do? Yes sure!
Don’t be sloppy when playing with hard earned money or
you will go bankrupt or you’ll get out of the business whining
that the t-shirt business is a scam.
You want big numbers like the big dogs?
Well play it like the big dogs.
You got to come up with a list of the best interests and
create an ad set for each of your interests.
Here’s an example:
This was a test in the nursing niche
In order the interest were the following:
lippincotts nursing solutions – US – W – 24+
American Association of Nurse Practitioners – US – W – 24+
University of Florida College of Nursing – US – W – 24+
Duke University School of Nursing – US – W – 24+
BTW I stopped this campaign… Why?
Because, numbers are telling me a story and if you can
interpret what they say… well good luck.
But you’re at the right place.
I will go deeper in the subject later but let me go off topic a
little bit to tell you the story I see.
Just for the record all the CTR were over 6%
Good CTR, Low Cost, Good engagement. So why the hell did
I stop this campaign?
The reason is the concept design.
What??
Didn’t I say that the design wasn’t a factor of your success??
Yes it’s true.
But sometime you have to adapt the concept with the niche.
Particularly when you want to re-launch the same concept
again after you squeezed out all the ROI possible from the
first campaign.
So to the concept we would add an image often time just a
clipart to the original concept.
Example:
Teacher – apple
Nurses – syringe
Firefighter – fire trucks
So the problem was the concept design. I have added a
clipart to the concept and even if I had good engagement for
the whole concept… No sales!
You see 99% of the time when you got good CTR (above 6-
7%) low engagement cost (0.08 or less) and lots of
comments and shares but no sales or negative ROI, your
problem is your concept design.
Yes a simple image can ruin everything!
It’s not because the niche sucks… It just didn’t connect with
them.
It didn’t make sense to them.
Therefore no impulsive purchase is possible.
Now let’s get back to the PPE Ads
Third thing is I’m looking to get a positive ROI out of the
testing campaign.
Most of the time it won’t happen in the first hour but if it
does it’s a bonus.
All interests are separate and I budget 5$ on each of those.
I wait to get 100 – 200 in reach and I kill everything with
obscene cost like 0.25$ and above.
It’s not an exact science because facebook ad interface is
not in real time but most of the time I’m right so this is how
I do it.
After killing the definite looser I’ll wait to the other interests
analytic to settle a little bit longer 2-3$ this is where I take
the final decision to keep the winner run until the end of the
5$ and kill all interests who exceed 0.10$/engagement.
Another thing you MUST DO is refine your demographics
What is the age range of your buyers?
Male or female?
Desktop or Mobile?
You absolutely have to get these infos if you want to
succeed.
It’s crucial.
Now that you get your best interest nailed in you got to
decide if you kiss that campaign goodbye or not.
If no sales, usually I don’t bother pursuing and try to force
the concept to work.
I don’t care because I have 20 other campaigns running at
the same time for the same concept.
But if the campaign has a positive ROI but a low one like
below 150% I could keep this campaign in the PPE stage
only and monitor closely to see if it would be worthwhile to
push it in the second stage after a few days.
If the campaign has a ROI of 150% and more then I would
take this campaign and push it into the stage 2.
And in stage 2, I will use only the best interests AND the
right buyers demographic.
Here’s a big question… Do I stop the stage 1 after pushing it
in stage 2?
Stage 1 is already making you money so while I wait for the
CTW to be approved YES I will keep the PPE ad run as long
as it makes me money.
It’s only a matter of monitoring your ROI.
Now, What I’m about to reveal might be a real breakthrough
moment for you and make you rich beyond your wildest
dream.
This is serious.
Here it is: When you push your campaign in stage 2, the
new main role of stage one is to SUSTAIN the ad cost of
stage 2 which is building your custom audience (retargeting)
and prepare for stage 3 whilst bringing you a positive ROI at
the same time to scale up and put some money in your
pocket.
Often time the phase one will cover the ad cost of phase 2
giving me FREE facebook ads!
If stage one can’t support the ad cost of stage 2… I’ll keep
my campaign in stage 1 (PPE) and monitor for a future
breakthrough.
If no breakthrough I might decide to cash out right now
ending the teespring campaign and move on or just let it go
until the end of the teespring campaign.
Make sure to read it until you get it.
Now here’s a question for you.
How many “so called guru” told you that kind of guru stuff?
Not many I guess…
STAGE 2 CTW (CLICK TO WEBSITE)
Now that you have a strong PPE ad running with a good ROI
it’s time to push it in phase 2.
Like I said before the first main goal of phase 2 is to build
your custom retargeting audience for the last squeeze.
Second main goal is to split test your creative (ads)
First you will split test the ad copy.
I don’t know if you ever saw a CTW ad but it differs from the
PPE ad.
Here’s what it looks like:
Of course an ad copy with so much pressure is used at the
end of the campaign only because there is so much pressure
you can put on people before they just break away
completely from your offer and begin to hate your advert.
This is an ad copy I use in stage 3. Why?
“LAST DAY!”
I also use a really powerful psychological trigger you can see
at the bottom of the ad that used the fear of lost with the
“YOU’RE GOING TO MISS IT!” and right at the bottom I offer
them the relief AND the call to action that would create the
relief for them. “DON’T PUT YOURSELF AT RISK!”
In other word… you know you want it and you know that if
you’re not taking action now you will miss it… why are you
doing that to yourself, why would you wait the whole day
worrying about the fact that you might miss it or forget
about it… Get It Now!
Their magic pain relief become the action of buying the shirt
And guess what?? They buy it!
Feel free to put this one into your arsenal… it works like
crazy!
Me, I prefer to be soft and gentle at first (phase 1) and
finish them with a sledgehammer (phase 3)
It’s also easier to split test when you are using CTW because
you can edit your image/ad copy at will without losing all the
engagements you’ve got already.
When you got your ad copy nailed in you can now test split
your creative (ads) Border or no border, red or green,
background or not, one tee or multiple, buy button or not.
Personally if my ROI is good from the start in stage 2, I
won’t go wild with split testing.
Some people are addict to split testing and if it works for
them then perfect, I got no problem with that.
Me, I tweak a little bit until I’m comfortable with the ROI I
got. If it works don’t fix it.
When you are spot on with your ad, stage 2 can last for as
long as you get a positive ROI above 150%, preferably
200% and up.
I don’t care if your campaign is ending in 2 days… AS LONG
AS YOU GOT A HIGH ROI IN STAGE 2, STAY IN STAGE 2!!!
If you’re campaign ends perfect, re-launch the same
campaign and just continue as long as your ROI is good
This is where the money begins to hit your pocket.
Think about it, your phase one (PPE) is paying itself and also
pays the cost of your CTW campaign so the positive ROI of
the stage 2 is money in your pocket and more budget to
scale this baby up!
At this point you just have to monitor your ROI and make
sure it stays stable or going up.
So can you see how the real money is created?
Don’t worry; In this module it’s all about changing your
mindset and putting you on the right track to breakthrough.
I will go in much deeper detail later.
STAGE 3 CTW (RETARGETING)
You will enter this stage when you spot a continuous
decrease in your ROI in stage 2 not before!
I can’t tell you the exact moment it will happen; this is why
you need to monitor everything closely.
Stage 3 is dedicated solely to market your shirt again and
again to your custom retargeting audience you’ve been
building all along in stage 2.
This is where the real money is. YES! for some campaign
you might just break even in the 2 other phases… heck you
could even have lost a little bit of money BUT guess what??
You got your custom audience! IT’S YOUR BIGGEST ASSET.
And good for you, because you’ve been using CTW in phase
2, you now have a huge custom audience to market to.
This is the Holy Grail really because this is a huge list of
targeted people who saw you ads and for some reasons they
didn’t bought your shirt…
Maybe they wanted to wait for a check to come; maybe they
were at work and didn’t have the time to checkout and they
forgot about it, maybe this maybe that…
Like I said it’s an impulse buy and Life Happens!
So many things can happen to us in a few second.
With the retargeting campaign it’s time to tell them that we
know they were interested in buying the shirt and they have
to do it right now or they will have to say goodbye forever!
Right there the fear of losing the opportunity is so high that
they will buy.
Not everyone of them will, of course, but this is the cream of
the crop and most of your money will comes from phase 3
You will get higher CTR and lower cost per click.
Now remember…
You determine what was the best creative by tweaking your
ad in phase 2 now it’s time to use that super optimized
creative and put more scarcity into the mix.
You can edit your optimised creative with a teespring
screenshot were you show them how many sales you’ve got,
this will give you social proof to your campaign: If so many
people bought it MUST be good!
They are used to see your optimized ad so by keeping the
same ad and adding screenshot to it makes it pop and they
will click the ad again and see your shirt again.
They see the image and in their brain it’s like… “wow 250
sold Really?” and they will click you ad just to check if you
lied to them.
Chance are that they will see a bigger number like 255 or
even 280, this is what I call social proof.
You can also update your Ad copy headline and let them
know how many days left to the campaign.
3 Days Left! / Only 2 Days Left Hurry Up! / You’re Hoodie Is
Waiting – 1 Day Left!
Here’s another secret scarcity twist… I call it the “back to the
future twist” lol btw, I just made that one up! 😉
HEADLINE: Sorry, It’s Too Late!
BELOW THE PICTURE: This is how it feels to miss out! Only
Few Hours Left! Get yours Now!
What I just done should be illegal but it’s not. I projected my
customer into a future situation where they’ve miss to buy
the shirt so they can feel what it really feels like to miss out
in the present time and then I release the pressure by telling
them they can get it now and avoid feeling so bad in the
future.
So it’s not far from the “back to the future” movie right?
You bring them in their future to let us know how bad it will
be, then you bring them back in the present so they can
change it!
Genius, I know!
Again, how many gurus out there told you that kind of stuff
uh?… not many? None? Freakin’ good stuff then right?
Let’s move on…
Ok trivia question for you… In phase 3 do we stop phase 1,
phase 2 or both?
You stop BOTH!
Trivia question #2… Why Both?
Because phase 1 was running to pay for the cost of phase 2
and since you ROI declined in phase 2 we need to close
them both or it will eventually suck all the profits from phase
3 and trust me you don’t want that…
It just suck to break even with a campaign that could earned
you 50K+ and because you forgot to close the 2 other
phases, most of the profit is gone in ads spend.
Lesson Learned!
Usually I like to start phase 4 days before the end of the
campaign so I can use all my scarcity tactics that I’ve
explained and make sure I reach most of my audience.
Does it mean that this is the end of that campaign?
Of course not but to use scarcity you need the fact that your
campaign is ending to make it work at its best
Then at the end of the campaign you can wait a few days a
RELAUNCH the same teespring campaign and market to your
custom retargeting audience right away!
Think about it there’s a bunch of people who REALLY missed
it! I don’t know why they didn’t believe us when we told
them they would feel that way but you know… Life & things
happens!
So you come back with a headline like this one
Hey! Its back for X days!
XXXX Sold in the first campaign. This Is Your Last Chance.
GET IT NOW!
Or if you like the sledgehammer approach try this one
Back for XX Hours Only!
XXXX sold in the first campaign…. Blablabla get it now!
So, even if the relaunch campaign is set for X days you close
everything XX hours.
Monitor the ROI. At the end of the campaign if the ROI still
high what do you do?
RE-LAUNCH again!
Again and again, until your ROI decrease.
END of Phase 3 – Time to cash out!
Pay the advertising debt and spoil your wife/husband and
kid(s) they deserve it
Now you got the real “What’s need to be done” to make big
bucks on teespring.
Remember what you have into your hand IS NOT a tshirt
business…
It’s an advertising business!
And the good news is if you are successful as an advertiser,
it works with teespring!
HERE’S A RECAP OF WHAT YOU’VE
LEARNED SO FAR
(print it and pin it near your desk)
1- Don’t narrow yourself in a niche, choose a broad niche
and target multiple sub niches at once.
2- You don’t need a good design; you need a good
replicable concept. This way you can target multiple
niches at the same time.
3- Selling t-shirt is not just about PPE. There’s 3 phases
– Phase 1 PPE : (testing concept, Define your
demographics, Find best interests, pay for phase 2)
– Phase 2 CTW (Building your custom retargeting
audience, tweaking your ad & creative, Monitor Your ROI,
keep alive until ROI decreases)
– Phase 3 CTW (Kill phase 1 & 2, Market only to
your custom retargeting audience, Use Social proof and
scarcity, re-launch as many time as needed, When ROI
decrease Cash Out!)
Now that you get the right mindset and you’re back on the
right track it’s time to go deeper in the detail and get your
first campaign rolling!
Check out all the other modules I have segmented
everything so you can find what you’re looking for faster and
easier.
So far I hope you like it and having a great time as much as
I have sharing everything with you!

Teespring Business

Teespring Business Autopsy

Teespring Business Autopsy
How To Create Your Niche Master List.
This part is very easy but it will take you a little bit of time
you can start with the most obvious one like:
BROAD NICHES
Jobs
Sport
Hobbies
College Teams
Animals
Vehicles
You will need something to make a list.
You can use a simple excel spreadsheet or you can also go
with something like Xmind to expand everything.
Don’t have office and don’t want to pay for a license go
here: https://www.openoffice.org/ it’s free!
Do you prefer Xmind? Free limited but functional version
here: http://www.xmind.net/download/win/
Me, everything is in an excel spreadsheet.
My spread sheet looks like this
So now that you’re all set and ready to build your list you
will go to google and type “job list”
Let’s have a look at the results:
See you got 2 great sources right there.
Just for the example I will click the first one “The 100 best
Jobs”
You got dentist, pharmacist and 2 nursing job now those 2
are sub-sub niches of the nurse niche.
You can put Nurse in the sub niche and add Nurse
practitioner and registered nurse in the sub-sub niche
category.
Feel free to look around on other websites as well if you
want to find more obscure jobs but you don’t really need to
go deep like I said stay broad and stick with what’s working.
You will do this for all the broad niches I listed above and
you can go really crazy and find even broader niche to get
into.
The idea here is to have a general view of where you’re
going and who you will advertise too.
You will need to be super organized if you’re not already.
Ok now work your master list until it’s done.
What? Why I don’t provide my own list to you?
Good question.
You have to master every part of the system, you have to
know it, and you have to master your “shit” like no one else
because later on, you might want to outsource everything.
And if you don’t know shit about what you do, well your ship
is going to sink.
Also, you won’t be able to know the story the numbers are
telling you and the most important thing, you won’t know
what to say to your VA (Virtual Assistant) on how to fix it.
Master the system.
Yes it’s a little bit more work, yes it will take more of your
time.
But in the end you will be able to spot a problem before it
occurs, contact the person responsible, crack the whip and
make them fix what’s wrong.
Usually, when I talk to people who want to outsource
everything without knowing their subject, I see people who
want to wave their responsibilities and let the others work
for them and only reap the rewards.
Those are the people who are looking to get rich quick.
If you can recognize yourself here, it’s Ok.
See, getting rich quick is not a “bad thing” you have big
hope and expectation that’s all.
With this system, there’s no limit on the money you can
make if you take the time to follow the system.
If I could win a gold medal at the Olympics without working
hard for it, I would have a few of them on my wall already…
It just doesn’t work that way unfortunately.
So yes I will let you do the work 
The good thing is once you have your list done, you will
never have to worry about making it again.
You will use the same list over and over again.
Take your time and go build that list now!
Ok see you in the next module.

________
Now that we got all of that out of our way, let’s begin.
Thank you first of all for investing in this product. I worked
hard at discovering what I am about to share with you. Some
of these things I’m already pinching myself for sharing, but I
know these can help save some of you guys from some
money problems.
Fast Teespring Cash
This simple little system of mine is going to get you up and
running almost instantly. Attached to this WSO is a set of
WSOs I’ve made about Teespring in the past. If I ever don’t
teach a thing in this WSO, I’ll make sure I refer to my
previous WSOs so you know where to look about whatever
I’m skipping in this wso.
The TRUTH About Teespring
The simple truth about this site is that PEOPLE ARE
SELLING SHIRTS EVERY DAY.
I am selling on it almost everyday. It isn’t always a walk in
the park, that’s for sure, but you CAN make a living from
Teespring alone. Countless people are earning thousands in a
single week from just a few campaigns going on.
Most WSOs on Teespring Focus On Too Much
There are so many people who have spoken to me and have
told me, “It’s so confusing. I’ve read so many products and
eBooks on Teespring but none are making any kind of sense
to me.”
You need to know that you only need 2 things:
1) A Quality Design
2) A Way To Promote Them
Throw away anything and everything you thought you knew
about selling shirts on this site, and just focus on these two
things. This is all you need. A quality shirt being promoted
effectively through different platforms are all you need to
succeed.
Let’s begin making you some money on your next Teespring
campaigns……
__________________________
Choosing A Niche
This doesn’t have to be rocket science. But I’m tired of people
giving away the most simple ideas…… I’ve heard of countless
people talk about the same niches over and over again….
But I’m going to reveal to you a simple niche that is going to
make you rapid money ALMOST ON COMMAND.
What niche is this?
CURRENT NEWS
Think about it: the shirt you design is only going to be
available for about a good 10-20 days. People know that
when they see a shirt that is popular at the moment and is
only going to be available for the next few days, they’ll be
tempted to buy right away.
People also just want to be a part of something.
I’m pinching myself for sharing this, but I’m already getting
my campaigns ready for this upcoming NBA FINALS that is
going on.
In the next few weeks, this isn’t going to be understood by all
of you. But anyways, this NBA FINALS is the Golden State
Warriors against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Let’s just say, I have already profited from a couple of shirts
in this industry.
Sports Teams are a GOLDMINE
Anything CURRENT and huge at the moment is going to be
massive on Teespring. Creativity goes a long way.
READ THE NEWS
It’s so simple really. Be updated with what’s up at the
moment. If a trend is going on, catch onto it. Head on over to
several Facebook pages that talk about famous trends and
jokes. If you’re up to date, people will buy your shirt about
that funny video that is going viral at the moment.
Take the “blue and black/while and gold” dress. Shirts were
sold about it stating their side…. One shirt I found said: “It’s
Blue And Black” that’s it. It sold pretty well considering it
was barely even advertised.
Text Posts Are All You Need
Believe it or not, all you need is a couple of simple ideas
using just text. With a simple color and maybe a nice design
around it may work, but really, just a simple text post can still
go a long way.
I made a shirt about the Warriors right after they finally made
it to the finals (before the finals started)….. All It Said was
“Warriors For The Win” and it had a “NBA FINALS” at the
bottom.
It was very good for the current situation, but it could be
perfect for anything really down the future. People WANT to
buy memorabilia or anything that is going to help them
remember their favorite team making it to the finals, or
whatever type of championship the sports team is trying to
get to.
Designing A Shirt
– Doing It Yourself
Like I explained above, every single shirt you sell does not
need an elaborate design. A couple graphics here and there,
and you’re all set. Sometimes, all you need is a simple text
post with a good font and color.
– Outsourcing
Outsourcing is almost always the way most of you may want
to go because of time restraints.
Heading to Fiverr is always my favorite recommendation
because some designers on there genuinely love their work,
have strong ideas, and can provide wonderful support for just
$5. I won’t be providing any recommendations only because
of some sellers I have recommended to some people in my
WSOs telling me that some of their clients are expecting
“free” or “additional” service because I was the one who lead
the client to them.
People on Fiverr are only earning five dollars, and only $4
actually goes to them. Keep that in mind. They are
microworkers; they aren’t machines that are there for your
every command. Be nice to people on Fiverr.
Finding somebody is really easy. Just a quick search will help
you find tons of people ready to design your next Teespring
shirt.
Tip: Head on over to the Fiverr sellers who have very few
reviews and are still somewhat new. They may be able to
assist you with quicker service, faster response times and
support, and also give you a better design since they aren’t
bottled up with tons of other people to serve. Just my two
cents.
How To Create A Successful and Effective Campaign Listing
The shirt IS the most important part, but there are other
aspects that can help increase sales.
– Title
The title alone can increase sales. Make it short, fast, catchy,
and make sure that the name of it is really focused on what
the shirt is selling. Make sure that the name of the shirt is in
the title. Saying words like “limited edition” can also help
enhance it’s image.
– Description
The description should be very descriptive. It should just
explain
I always tell people….. Head down to Teespring, check out
their most successful campaigns, and just try to find out what
they did with their description. Don’t ever be afraid to find
inspiration for the shirt design or even the niche you’re going
to target by looking at other successful shirts that have sold.
– Learn About Copywriting
It was once explained before by one of my favorite
copywriters that learning how to write content that sells is
going to make you money on every medium possible.
Learning copywriting and the secrets to persuading to buying
your stuff can help you even if you won’t become a product
seller. Just because you’re not creating your very own ebook
in the internet marketing niche or you aren’t a sales letter, you
are CONSTANTLY in need of convincing people.
Let’s take product reviews online. If you have a list of people
in the IM niche, you want to send them email sequences in
your auto responder to convince them to check out products
that you like. When you write product reviews, you’ll know
how to convince people to buy whatever it is you’re selling in
your product review.
EDUCATE YOURSELF ON AS MUCH COPYWRITING
CONTENT AS POSSIBLE.
And you’ll be using everywhere online, including your
TEESPRING campaigns.
– Providing Options For Men And Women
ALWAYS make sure that you create multiple versions of a
shirt. If it’s just a single shirt without additional sizes and
types for men AND women, then you can lose out on a ton of
extra sales. Some people may buy multiple versions for them
and their partner. If you target both genders, you’ll be making
more money. Of course, it’s different when the target
demographic is clearly a man or clearly a woman, but that’s
not always the case.
Don’t be afraid to make sure that there are tanks, hoodies, and
other styles for the design of the shirt. Milk the entire process.
Make the cash. Give them no reason to ignore the offer. Give
it all to them. It’s very simple. Make it easy for them to decide
and make the choice to buy whatever it is that you’re selling.
Promoting Your Campaign To As Many People As Possible
This is oftentimes the hardest part of the process. Getting
your shirts in front of as many people as possible is not easy.
Going via Facebook ads is a great idea, do not get me wrong.
In fact, when you have a few successful campaigns already,
don’t be afraid to reinvest that money for more profits.
If you have a shirt that is in a niche that is currently trending,
going for Facebook ads is the way to go no doubt.
However, if you don’t have a huge budget, that may not
always be the best decision.
This is why I always try to look out for newer ideas that are
cheap, affordable, and possibly free. I am focusing on free
right now since I know budgets are always tight for some of
you.
These techniques ALL work. Do not discount them. They are
tried, true, and proven.
Some I discovered on my own and some are taught by a
friend of mine with my own tweaks along the way.
_____________________
Can you believe it? We haven’t even started talking about how
to promote or anything, and I have already shared more than
enough techniques. The truth about Teespring is that
creativity is the only thing some people are forgetting. Some
promoters may have the ideas and the shirts with quality
designs, but without basic creativity on promotion or finding
something in a niche that could sell, you could be missing out
on unique opportunities that can make you a couple thousand
in a few days from every campaign.
__________________________
1) Technique #1 – Famous Viral Videos
This technique is the one I’m showing you because it is my
go-to idea for something that is currently going viral. If the
niche your shirt is currently in is actually within the news and
viral area, then this is going to help you out.
It all begins by having your shirt published…..
Once that has been covered……. Your next goal is to find a
famous fan page that focuses primarily on Facebook fan
pages.
(I have taught this technique before, but I’m giving it an
added twist. You can learn more about this in my previous
WSO “Teespring Cash Generator.)
You can find them by searching through Facebook itself or
even via Google search. Phrases like, “Facebook Funny
Videos” is a great idea. Anything similar should help you
yield tons of pages.
Make sure the Facebook fan page has thousands and
thousands of fans. If they have 1 million fans or more, it may
be hard for them to be contacted, but you should still ask if
they’re interested.
After you find one, send them a personal message asking
them the following: “I’m a shirt designer and I just created a
shirt design on Teespring. Would you be interested if we
partnered on a deal? I design the shirt, you share it on your
page, and we split the profits 60/40! I designed the shirt based
off of a popular viral meme at the moment. Let me know if
you’re interested.”
Something along the lines of all that is a good way to get on
the right track with them. Keep your opening email very
short. I also would advise using the following email: “Have
you guys ever monetized this Facebook page? I’m selling a
shirt for the next 15 days that I think your readers would love.
You could keep a piece of the profits. Interested?”
That email before has helped set me up for better
conversation down the road. A lot of people on Facebook with
funny videos as their main topic are very easy to speak with
mainly because they’re literally watching funny videos all day
long. Some are also very young and tech savvy, so sometimes
they haven’t even tried to monetize yet.
Things to Keep In Mind On Telling Them:
As you have a conversation with them, I would advise that
you make sure you let them know about the below:
– Decide on a percentage they will get. I once started off with
60/40 with one guy, and I moved it to 50/50 for the next ones
we did together.
– Let them know about the payment. Tell them the money is
going to arrive within a few days after the campaign has
reached the end. Ask for their paypal account and keep it
handy.
– Build trust with them along the way. Have a contract handy
if you would like to. Just a single Google search will help you
find one that he may sign.
– Tell them about how you WILL provide everything and do
all the work, provided that all they do is promote it once or
twice with them.
– PLEASE just take the time to treat these people as people.
Some can become good friends with yours. As much as this is
a business, you never know how a single partnership can turn
into something bigger in the future.
If at any point you ask multiple people and you only have one
shirt and SEVERAL of them are interested, just set another
campaign up for that specific Facebook fan page each.
Only work with one single fan page for each shirt you have
just so that you can split the profits evenly.
2) Technique #2 – Building Your Own Fan Page (Long Term)
Believe it or not, the “funny” niche is very crowded, but there
is always room for more to grow in this specific niche
because funny videos are always being posted. Why is this
niche worth staying in? Simply because people love
everything and anything funny. You could get a single video
to go viral almost immediately if you know what you’re
doing.
Here’s what I recommend you do: start building your very
own secret fan page, but to get instant success and get FAST
TEESPRING CASH, you need to start with the other
techniques. Use this as a building block for the future. Within
2-3 months of consistent hard work, you may have thousands
of people already following you and they may be ready for
you to promote to them.
I’ll give you a simple formula you could follow:
I HIGHLY recommend setting it up in the “funny videos”
“viral” type of industry because it’s such a wide community.
These techniques could be used for any niche, but I only and
always recommend Facebook fan pages to be in the funny
department simply because there is a WIDE array of videos
you could use to update and also have better chances of a post
going viral.
– Finding Videos To Post
Find videos on Vine.
Countless funny videos on Vine are being shared, and the best
part is that a lot of them have not yet reached the Facebook
atmosphere yet, so you have a great shot at the videos going
viral. Download the app to your phone or just visit the Vine
website.
Grab that video, upload it onto your Facebook page, and
you’re set. Consistency is key. If something is funny, people
will see it.
Participate in groups that share these types of videos and tell
them about your fan page. With just a couple of people to
check it out, you’ll be closer to building your fan base. Just a
few shares can get you tons of people checking your site out.
After awhile, you’ll be selling shirts once or every other week.
Just don’t promote too much. Give yourself about 2-3 months
of growing a single channel, and you’ll be shocked at your fan
base grows and how you’ll have thousands of people just
waiting to buy the suits you make. As long as the shirts are
funny or relevant to a video that has recently gone viral
people are going to love it.
Now let’s move on to the next technique:
3) Technique #3 – Tumblr (Long term)
For this last technique, I’m just going to touch base on it
because it’s not an extremely tough thing to try out.
Again, Tumblr is very much like a Facebook fan page.
However, on tumblr, there are so many people who rely on
strictly visuals.
People head onto this site for the sake of seeing something
that is beautiful.
Creating a tumblr account is very easy.
Again, I highly recommend going after the funny videos
niche.
(You’re probably scared that there will be competition regards
this industry and how all of you guys I’m recommending
should sell shirts in this niche. But really, there is more than
enough to go around for everyone in this specific industry.)
After you have created your very own videos, your next goal
is to make a couple of posts sharing funny videos you have
found online. Again, use Vine as your platform. You can share
them on tumblr EASILY. It’s very self explanatory.
Continue posting until you reach 100+ followers which won’t
take any longer than couple few weeks.
I highly recommend looking for other FUNNY blogs you can
find, and make it a goal to follow 100 a day. They might put a
limit. With the new rules they’re always implementing, they
could make it a lower number or a higher one, so it depends
on when you decide to join.
On Tumblr, people use it to find things they enjoy.
If you have a SUPER FUNNY SHIRT that will have people
literally laughing out loud, then you can EASILY have people
sharing it. Some shirts I’ve made are trill going around
RIGHT NOW on tumblr. It’s being shared every single day.
The reblog button is very powerful. When people reblog a
shirt you decide to share (with the link to the campaign in the
description of course) their followers will see the shirt. The
reblog button instantly shares your stuff to their followers, so
the better the shirt and the more hilarious, the more people
will see it.
One of my shirts has been reopened to be sold again multiple
times for sales because people continue to buy it despite it
being originally sold like 3 months ago.
On tumblr, traffic just continues and grows over and over
again. Making a post tumblr viral is not easy, but a funny shirt
that is in the moment and really in a niche that is popular right
know will get you a ton of attention.
There’s not much to say about tumblr except that it’s super
easy to use when compared to other social networking sites in
terms of things going viral. Follow as much people as you
want on the blog. Most will eventually follow you back.
____________
Selling teespring shirts is easy. You just need to know what
you’re doing.
The above advice are things I HAVE DONE. They all work.
They all can come together as well. The money to be made in
this specific niche alone can be huge. Of course, the goal is to
work hard. These ideas are not going to work overnight. You
need to work hard to make these techniques work effectively.
If you have trouble along the way or you have additional
questions, then definitely send me an email to
joelswsohelpdesk@gmail.com
Now go out there and get started. Let’s see those campaigns
tip!!
Teespring is all about momentum. Some campaigns are going
to go faster and sell more than others, but with the ideas
above, you can be sure that you’ll be setting up campaigns
that are going to sell. Now get out there and start.
